Order Processing

All products are made to order and fulfilled by our trusted print-on-demand partner.

Once you place an order, it will typically be processed within 2–5 business days before being shipped. During busy periods, such as holidays or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

  • United Kingdom: 2–5 business days
  • Europe: 5–10 business days
  • United States: 3–7 business days
  • Rest of the World: 7–20 business days

Please note that these are estimates and delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs processing, and local postal services.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the items in your order.

Any applicable taxes, customs duties, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer where required by local regulations.

Tracking

Where available, tracking information will be sent to you by email once your order has been shipped.

Multiple Items

If your order contains multiple products, they may be shipped separately depending on stock availability and the fulfilment location. If this happens, you will receive tracking information for each shipment where available.

Delayed or Lost Orders

While we work with reliable shipping partners, delays can occasionally occur.

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us and we’ll be happy to investigate with the shipping carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

We cannot be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet entered production, we’ll do our best to update the address.
